Erasmus James attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison, and played for the Wisconsin Badgers football team from 2001 to 2004. He was a first-team All-Big Ten selection and was recognized as a consensus first-team All-American following his senior season in 2004. He finished his college career with 124 tackles (25.5 for losses), 18 sacks, 28 quarterback hurries, seven forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and six pass deflections. James was nicknamed “The Eraser” for his ability to sack opposing quarterbacks. Erasmus James was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in 2005. He played professionally for the Vikings and also the Washington redskins of the NFL. 
 
 
Even though Erasmus James did not play football until his Senior year in High school, he managed to become an outstanding player. He won and was a finalist for many awards throughout his career. He played in some of the top teams. James is now currently working as a free agent and continued to show determination to succeed. Erasmus James Caribbean 1st absolutely salutes you.
