Yadier Molina is a professional baseball player from Puerto Rico.  Molina has always been a big fan of baseball and began playing from an early age. He worked hard on his skills throughout his school career and he became a notable player on his school team. He was selected to play for the St Louis Cardinals in 2000 and played several games for the minors. However it wasn’t until June 2004 that he would get his big break into the Major League. His talent and ability to perform has made him an important part of his team and he has earned a lot of respect and fame.
Yadier Molina has won many awards including 2 Gold Glove Awards in 2008 and 2009 and 4 Platinum Glove Awards. Molina comes from a baseball family with a father who put his life for his sons and baseball.  He is an excellent clutch hitter and his career in the St. Louis Cardinals is going on to 12 years.
Molina has an amazing understanding for the game which stems from having a father who pushed him. Also having two older brothers in the same profession has been a great asset. He is one of the greatest defensive catchers of our generation aged only 34. Yadier Molina is a great inspiration with so much to his name and we are looking forward to continued success from this man. Caribbean 1st absolutely salutes you.
We need your help

This page is not exclusive to those achievers that are in the public eye, in fact we intend to put the onus on those that the general public know very little about.

We need YOU to nominate: a family member, a friend or acquaintance, a group or even an organisation that has made great strides in their chosen field.
